PUBLICATION OF PAPER
To request funding for the publication of a paper, the researcher will have to formalize a request according to the following documentation:/strong>:
- Letter addressed to CIAUD's President (Letter Template) (making reference to the project name, paper title, name of journal or book, justification of how the publication will contribute towards the project, detail of costs to be covered);
- Liability Note - Mandatory completion and signature of Form;
- Letter or email accepting the scientific paper;
- Abstract or full paper, including afiliation of the authors, following information in the Liability Note;
- Fiscal and banking information of entity;
- Statement of no conflicts of interest (Template).
IMPORTANT
- Funding requests should be submitted at least 30 days prior to payment deadline.
- The submission of all documents should be done through the Correspondence and Archives Department of FA-ULisboa (building 2) or by email to: sexpediente@fa.ulisboa.pt
- CIAUD funding request process will only begin after all documents have been sent as indicated above
