APPLICATION TO BECOME A CIAUD MEMBER
According to the Article 5 of CIAUD's regulation, the application to become a Collaborating or Integrated member should include the following:
- Cover page of the application for membership (Collaborating) (Integrated)
- Application form (PC) (MAC)
- To get your FCT association key, regiser on myFCT
- To get your CiênciaID, register on Ciência ID
- Curriculum Vitae highlighting the scientific research path of the applicant, namely publications and research projects;
- Favourable opinion of an integrated member, duly justified on the interest and opportunity for admittance;
- Statement by the member on possible connections to other Research Centres;
- Partnership agreement, if the researcher has an employment relationship with an institution other than FA-ULisboa.
- Project document (PC) (MAC)
- A document presenting the research project with or without funding, coordinated by the candidate, or integration of the candidate in an existing research project, with a positive report from the project coordinator;
- In the case of PhD candidates registered in PhD programmes at FA-ULisboa, it is mandatory to have a research project in CIAUD that matches the approved Research Proposal.
The submission of all documents should be done through the Correspondence and Archives Department of FA-ULisboa (building 2) or by email to: sexpediente@fa.ulisboa.pt
IMPORTANT
All complete applications to become an integrated or collaborating member, will be reviewed in a Researchers' Assembly meeting.
All complete applications for membership by registered PhD candidates at the FA-ULisboa PhD programmes, will be reviewed at an Executive Committee meeting.
Candidates will be informed via email whether their application has been successful or not.
